This whole thing has made me realize: you know what? I'm online too much. It's stressing me out. I'm disconnecting myself for awhile. I'll allow myself an hour a day to check things, I mean I still have friends in far away places that I have to keep in contact with, but I just need a break from internet STUFF. Spending a night out with friends, taking a walk outside and breathing the air, or making myself finish a real book before I'd let myself back online usually helped me, in any case!
