RL: My laptop decided to go bust on me and finally quit trying to charge the battery. The adapter worked fine. The inside connection is the part that sucked. It's only been a year, too. I really just have no luck with technology. So with the three-year warranty, I turned my laptop into Fry's today. I've yet to hear the results within a week or so
