So, my stalker was stalking again today and decided to tell me some choice things. One of which being: I'm not gay because I haven't had sex. (refering to me)

Okay, so since when does having sex determine ones sexuality? Is it not enough to know I'm attracted to guys more so than girls? Plus he didn't even state whether or not I had to have sex

With that logic (of your friends) heterosexual people then can't call themselves heterosexual, either, until they've had sex with someone of the opposite gender. So, it doesn't really make much sense. Also, people can also technically have sex with someone of the same gender but still not be homosexual. No, whether you've had sex or not doesn't determine your sexual orientation.
