Bob, as mature as you may be, you are right, there is nothing immature about crying, and you just crying over death is reasonable, but shouldn't be exclusive.
You may want to try to talk to your dad man, he would want to know what he does/says that angers you, puts you on edge, hurts you(emotionally of course) and whatnot, because he may not realize it if you don't express that.
I wouldn't say that having that anger is childish, perhaps your mode of releasing it is, but anger in itself isn't... at least not to me. It's funny how loved ones can do that, yet you still love them and defend them. I am sure your dad loves you as much if not more than you love him (if it doesn't sound rude to compare this, I am sorry if it does.), and will WANT to know about this buddy.
talk to him, see it if helps, you never know .
Anytime you want to call/hang, just do it. Come on over if you want/need.

nothing you posted says anythin immature at all... in fact, i think it shows how mature you are that you realize whats goin on around you and can express it like that... i know a lot of people that feel the same way and a LOT of them cant put it into words like you can
