So, yeah. I'm here. In Eau Claire. Things are swell. Actually, I ended up being Ms. Anti-social butterfly for the entire picnic and motivational speaker bit. It was not cool. Okay, so what dorm are you in? because if you are in the same dorm as my friends Megan and Renee, I am going to make you go meet them because they are cool girls and they will like you, lol.

And don't worry, I plan on being antisocial during all the stupid Oshkosh orientation stuff too. The only difference is that my roommate and my friend Laura are going to be antisocial with me. :)

I'm in Oak Ridge. Yep. Even if we're not in the same dorm, that would be cool to meet them. What are their majors?

Yeah, see, Jenny (my roommate) is very good at talking to others. And hanging out with others she's just met. So I kinda sorta got ditched, but I probably could've tagged along with her too and just didn't. I also was shopping with my parents all afternoon so I missed out on a bit of social introduction time on my floor wing.

There's at least 3 people I know (not friends, persay) that are going to Oshkosh. Besides you, I mean. They were all in my class in high school, that would be crazy if you were in the same dorms as them. I don't know which dorms they're at, though. Sorry. But, yeah, if you meet any others from Sturgeon Bay, I probably know them. You should let me know. :-)

AHHH THEY ARE TOTALLY IN YOUR DORM. I forgot to ask what floor though, haha, but they both have LJs.
Megan Bahr - elementary education. Her journal is lenabelle.
Renee Mallo - undecided. plumeaddict, but friends only and non-friend comments are banned. So... talk to Megan, I guess. :)

I met a guy from Sturgeon Bay back at May orientation, and I wrote down his name with the intention of asking you about him, but I never got around to it. However, I still remember the name - Daniel Maisonneuve, or something. Yay for knowing enough French to remember these things.

No way!!! that so totally rules. Like, a lot. I'm going to go check that out right...soon.

As far as that Daniel kid...I've never heard of him before. He could have gone to Sevastapool or Southern Door, but actually live in Sturgeon Bay. School choice and all. And since I'm not all popular, I don't know many people in the districts close to mine. But yeah, that's too bad that I don't know him. We could all be making connections and stuff. At least I'm connected on this end. Seriously, the fact that your friends are in the same dorm as me...best news of today. Because if they're friends with you, then they gotta be cool, right? :-D
