Death by female anatomy

Does anyone have any remedies to blinding cramps? So painful it feels like you're giving birth but to no avail? So bad you can't sit, stand, lie down, walk, sleep, eat, laugh, cough, etc. I was in the back of a car just wailing in pain. I got some gatoraide and ibuprofen to ease the pain but it hasn't gone away completely. Last night it woke me up

Wish I did =( I just take an over the counter med. and lay with a heating pad on me.. or take a hot shower.
