I didn't realize how much literary theory there would be in one of my classes. Luckily I took a class on critical theory, etc. a few years ago, which is a bit similar, so some of it already looks familiar just based on the reading list. Hopefully it won't be quite as hard this time around, but I am still expecting it to be a challenge. Philosophy/

I think we have a copy of Darwin's book around here somewhere, but I've never read it.

I wouldn't suggest reading it any time soon, unless you love biology, LOL. It was interesting at first, but it's so dense and hard to read as you go along. He seems to go off on random tangents and constantly repeats himself. I can only get through little bits of it at a time.
