if you were here with me i'd give you a hug! i somewhat understand how you feel. though i haven't had qualified panic attacks, i've definitely had multiple breakdowns lately, all relating to separation. separation from the life i've known, i guess. i'm very worried about leaving the environment i've finally become comfortable in, leaving the people i've finally found who make me happy. and yes, there have been days where i am just unable to deal, to go out into the world. i can't know if what you feel is all that similar to my own issues, but i hope i can help you. give me a call, whenever and wherever, and i'll be there for you. you still need to sign my yearbook too! hope all goes well.
