I helped her with a scarf pattern.
We picked out yarn together.
AND she broke our windowblinds.

Teresa got her to write an autograph to her husband.
And I scanned it so I have proof!

Probably filming a movie--you know, Baton Rouge is rising up in the "film industry." It started with that Jessica Simpson flick and now All the King's Men (for which I am hella excited). Actually I think I read an article about Swank being here--don't mind that exactly, cuz she's a great actress and by all accounts a sweet person (albeit a little mannish).

Personally, though, I'd much rather see a play or a musical. Baton Rouge has long been the home of cheaply-filmed movies, but we need to revitalize the theatre. I would just crow with delight if we got more prestigious touring companies to stop here, and would absolutely die if Idina Menzel, Kristin Chenoweth, Patti Lupone or ::gulp, shriek:: Stephanie J. Block came to B.R.
