Wow, my sister makes herself really angry about the tiniest, most ridiculous things. It actually breaks my heart to see her in such distress, of her own making, not having a clue what to do about it

I am sorry to hear that. Have you tried sitting down and talking with your sister? I would give anything to have a brother or a sister to talk to and share a bond. Maybe when your sister has calmed down you can both talk? (((Hugs))))
(((Hugs back))) I wish we could. On the rare occasion when she is calm and I'm around, she's usually watching TV. If I attempt to talk to her during the adverts, her attention is on the TV so she can unmute it when the programme comes back on. If I attempt to talk to her while she's watching the programme, she'll screech at me to shut up and stop interrupting her (thereby losing the calm anyway) - we can't win!
I did honestly think about this before replying to your comment; the rational part of me thought 'that's a great idea; I wonder when I could?' but then I realised that there is no time when trying to talk would not make her lose her temper again. I really wish it were an exaggeration to say that, but it is the unfortunate truth :(
Thank you for your concern though :) Glen, my brother, is okay; he'll sit down and talk and is a lot more agreeable, thankfully!
