Should you forgive someone who is not sorry for what they have done?

People need to actually feel remorse to be forgiven. You can't paint with a broad brush.

I don't claim to be an expert or anything, but this kind of thing's more for you than the other person. So you can move on or whatever. You don't need to keep a grudge to recognise when someone's wrong and treat them accordingly.

If they're not sorry, they're not gonna give a damn about your forgiveness one way or the other anyway.
