So, today I prepared my own buffer. That means I put on sterile gloves and washed the graduated cylinder with three different kinds of distilled water and sterilized the stirrer and measured out the right amounts of ingredients and mixed and fixed. And I did it myself. Without the grad student helping me. That might sound incredibly stupid and easy
