So this explains the Arabic text, which was very pretty but which I couldn't read? ;-)

Yes, the Arabic post was actually just from an FAQ about displaying different languages, text, and symbols (they posted in a lot of different languages)...

Anyhow, I've been trying to figure out how people generate those cool icons/characters in their text...

I love using the little heart '♥' icon and the music note '♪' and others.. wee, simple minds, simple pleasures.
