Currently, there's one operating in Dissimulo, but not Discedo.

Most of the soil isn't usable in Discedo. The current climate isn't optimal for growing food either.

However, there's a greenhouse and some of the monsters are edible if you want to do something about it.

Dissimulo is where the majority of the food is grown, so the seeds are mainly used there. However, you can use a few seeds if you want to grow food in Discedo.

[He appreciates the compliment, but doesn't respond to it.] A subway now runs between Dissimulo, Spero, and Discedo. It's a seven hour ride from Spero to Discedo and a two hour ride from Dissimulo to Discedo. There's no direct connection from Spero to Dissimulo.

Additionally, there's a new group of scientists here as well. Over the span of a few months, doppelgangers, hallucinations, and people mutating into monsters have occurred.
