So I've decided, it's fucked up that I, as a young man barely making enough to live, gets taxed the hardest just because I'm not married with 5 kids and a mortgage.

Honestly, I'd rather not get taxed at all until I'm 30 then pay extra in taxes to make up for it. I mean, so far this year I've earned $5,300 and they've already taken $1,000. That's

Normally, having the government in your pocket is related with being influential in politics, and is often considered a good thing. Like that quote from the Godfather about how he has the politicians and law enforcement in his pocket like so many nickels a dimes. If you were paying them off to do what you want it would make sense, but instead they're taking your money. But consider it this way, since you are not married, and do not have 5 kids, you are doing less of a part to assist in the future of the country, by not contributing to the next generation (as of yet). So until you are raising the next generation of productive citizens, your membership fee for being a part of this great nation, is a bit higher.
