We have internet again!
Okay, I'm a slacker. We've had internet since early early Monday morning but I've been busy doing things and haven't gotten around to posting here. Anyway, here are all the pictures I've posted to my other sites since then.
With all the snowing and melting and freezing, we had some really amazing icicles on our roof.
Post-valentine's day cookies. Delicious!
I like collecting fake roses. There are some very nice ones out there. I don't go overboard with the collecting though.
When our internet was out, I spent a lot of time doing projects and reading and watching movies. I went to bed early a few times and enjoyed reading in bed before sleeping. Soul Music has been one of the best Discworld novels I've read so far. It was really amazing.
It took quite a few attempts to get a picture of our cat sitting still.
This is what I was doing when the internet was out. My cross-stitch project is starting to come along. I've been working on C as of late.
Hey dog, I heard you liked pianos....
I've been seriously considering doing a whole series of these, just for shits and giggles.
Wizard Bear thinks Gandalf is a great role model.
This picture didn't work out exactly as I would have liked; I'd have needed a real camera to capture the way the lights were twinkling on the horizon and all that. This is what I see when I wait for the bus in the mornings. There's more snow than this photo makes it seem like, though with all the rain and warm weather, a lot of what we had earlier had melted by that point.
The night before, we got a fair amount of wet snow and when Karl got home from work, he decided to make a couple of small snowmen.
The night of the 27th and the morning of the 28th we got more wet snow. It covered all the trees in the most beautiful way. I would have taken a lot more pictures if I hadn't been on my way to work that morning.
FINALLY, mostly caught up. I have a picture from yesterday and I'll have one for today that I'll have to post later, probably with tomorrow's picture as well.
Hope you've enjoyed my picture project thus far. I'm going to continue for a while until I decide I want to do something other than take pictures.
