Travelogue: Days 1 & 2 - Portlandia, USA

Day 1: Saturday, May 18: NY -> SFO -> PDX-Friend E that I am traveling with for the duration of this tour of the Pacific NW has already flown from DC and arrived in Portland. I attempt to go to sleep around midnight, my time, to try to catch a few hours' shuteye before waking up again at 3AM to catch the subway to catch the train to the airport.
