I have booked a trip to Dublin, Ireland, and Scotland at the end of March/early April.

Anyone been and have any recommendations? Anyone there who would like to meet up?

How exciting! Both are beautiful countries and I'm sure you'll enjoy them! Having only been to Edinburgh in Scotland I can say that while tourist, the castle is wonderful and the Scottish Museum is a lovely little surprise there. In Ireland... see as much of the countryside as you can! It's breathtaking.

Have fun! I'm a tad jealous, I admit. I've wanted to return since last time I was there. :-)

Yes, I'll be driving up to the highlands and into the countryside for part of my stay, as well as seeing Glasgow & Edinburgh. Very excited :D

Thanks for the recommendations! In Scotland, I'll be trekking around Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the highlands, so got all my bases covered there :)

Are Galway and Connemara and the Cliffs in or around Dublin? I'll only be there a few days so am not sure I'll be able to make it out of the city.
