well, i played a recital in wichita last sunday. it went very well. the experience was a lot of fun. i worked with a group of musicians who are not early musicians by trade - which initially made me a little nervous, but they were all so excited by the music and they picked up the baroque style so quickly that it was really a joy to do this

Good luck lobbying WSU. I'm not much of a lobbyist. I couldn't even convince them to let me pay my library fine with a credit card.

At least they finally sent in my transcripts so I can be one of those creepy math graduate students next fall (but at University of Houston, not WSU).
