Yesterday was looooooovely. I helped my mum with dinner pretty much all day, then Dave came up to visit at around 3:00. We hung around and then ate dinenr with my family, then we went to go see Shrek 2. I loved it, it was so hilarious. yes, but that was when they made it seem like we belonged over there and that we really good make a difference. but now, it's dragged out for over a year, nothings getting solved, people are dying that shouldn't, and now they have the idea in their heads to reissue the draft. I was for the war to begin with, but it's getting a little out of hand now.

p.s. it would be really nice if you showed up on my livejournal to say "hey let's hang out" [like me and heather have been dying to do] once in awhile instead of always just showing up on here to criticise me. ;)

It's all been said.. all but this:

We're not the future that's to be cared about.. the kids that go to yale with wealthy parents beyond our [my] wildest dreams are the so-called "future of America".

Not a 19 year old studying vocal performance.

very true, that sucks a lot. but when those yale kids graduate and become rulers of the universe, they're gonna go want to see a Broadway play once in a while, only to find that all the vocal performance majors in school at the time of the war with Iraq were shipped overseas because of the draft. discusting, really.
