Ingredients:

For the filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
Salt & pepper
olive oil

For the dough:
4 cups flour
2 eggs
1 pint half & half (plus a couple tbsp milk if needed)

If you're just making it for you & Rahb, I suggest halving the dough recipe. It makes 4 fairly large fleischkuekle and Stevie & I were both full after 1 each. We also had mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

Unless you want to freeze the extras (don't fry them first). Leftover fried ones don't keep very well, they get kinda soggy unless you have a toaster over to reheat them.
