For this application you need to imagine you're a rock star in the swinging sixties, epic eighties or the free-wheeling seventies. Woo!

THE BASICS
So you're at a press conference for your new and upcoming band and a reporter asks you to identify yourself in one stereotype or noun. Basically, who are you in the band? Are you the fearless leader? The solid heart? Or can you define yourself in one noun, such as a "dreamer"?One IDK if I could define myself in one noun, so maybe "Weird" or "Klutz" will have to do. I probably see myself as the "Weird loner/dreamer" or "Fearless leader" but everyone else might see me as more "Fearless" or the "Solid heart"
Quick, fans are closing in from all sides! How do you react? Do you try to reason with them, run, get angry that you're not getting any privacy, what? :I can't say I've ever been rushed from all sides by fans, so I don't really know exactly how I'd react - when people rush me expecting a million things at once I do tend to freeze up a bit before I can gather myself (possibly also needing or waiting for back-up). But I appreciate every single one of the fans I do get and that would ultimately win out despite all my hesitation.
What inspires your music?A little bit of everything. Inspiration is a wily, fickle, unpredictable thing so you have to be open to it at any and every opportunity.
You can link to no more than one song (excluding the bands in this theme) that represents your style/could be in your repertoire:

Also not sure why Pac and Biggie couldn't be included in that list as well...since this is MusicLegendRate, not RockPopLegendRate. I guess it already was epically long, w/e.
What kind of people do you see listening to your music? Are your posters found on every bus stop, or do you have a smaller following? Hard to say, I don't think I'd object to anyone, and I can't say I've ever been in a situation where I cherry-picked my fans either. I don't know if you could call them a following, as they probably won't be that organized, coming from so many different realms...subcultures and the like. I could be surprised though. Posters, maybe, I tend to be somewhat camera-shy unless there's a need (I prefer taking the pictures), so you probably wouldn't be seeing them unless there was going to be a show in town or we were promoting a new album or event -- and then we'd only show ourselves if the event was actually for us. I'm not going to be Bono, putting my image on the cover of some charitable event. My name (or the bands', for promotional reasons) and sponsorship will be enough.

THESE GO TO 11
On the scale 1-5, how heavy is your music?4, probably, because heaviness is great, but I'd feel the need to change it up on occasion just because.
On the scale 1-5, how experimental is your music?5
On the scale 1-5, how danceable is your music?3 or 4. Depends on what you call dancing, it's important to me that the music encourages movement, but whether it's all cerebral or physical movement would depend on the track.
On the scale 1-5, how sentimental is your music?2 or 3. I don't know if it necessarily would be, but I tend to emulate those artists who are more sentimental than their image, band and/or individual personality would lead fans to expect.
On the scale 1-5, how sexual is your music?3 or 4. There might be an UMF to it that would bring out such feelings, but I don't know if that would be the sole purpose...unless we were really tapped for creativity or wanted to make a statement disregarding pre-established sexual identity roles.

What's special about your sound? That's the eternal struggle of any musician, isn't it? I can say for sure, maybe it has nothing to do with our sound and more to do with our longevity and staying power -- which seems to be more important for success in the music industry. Of course you can't get complacent, so maybe a constant drive for improvement that changes as the times do.
How about live performance? And now for something completely different...it'd have to give the audience something they couldn't get from listening to the songs alone.
How important is image to the music?Again, I view image as more of something to get people listening to our music that probably wouldn't give it a second chance otherwise, and a secondary way to express my own beliefs and feelings. So it's probably on equal par with the music itself.

THIS IS THE LIFE
So of course, as a major rock star, you have a POSSE. Quick, who are the top three rock stars you'd want in your immediate group of best friends?Alecia Jones, Brian Warner, and Bert McCracken
And yes, which one would you want to shag senseless? xDP!nk, obviously, Brian's more ftlulz and Bert's for...the authenticity and homo-eroticism?
Everyone has a weakness. What will yours be on the road? Depression, alcoholism, drugs? Not a fan of alcoholism, but I'd be experimenting with a lot of things, and various types of drugs would not be hard to come by...depression and anxiety issues come and go as I am naturally a person overwhelmed by the number of lives I'm not living...I would also be one to get easily caught up in the thrill of the "rock star lifestyle" until reality -- maybe in the form of a really good friend or a bitter enemy, (or both?) came crashing down on me. Maybe not physically, because, idk, either I come across as too intimidating or pacifistic -- wherein they'd look like the bad guy -- that I avoid people physically assaulting me. But harassing letters or lawsuits or just shit-talk among the crowd would be more likely. Not that my problems generally involve other people, those are just the only ones I really accept that I don't have any control over them.

MY FRIEND, IT IS THE END
If you had to die one unique, rockstar-esque way, what would it be?Run over by a train. Who knows what the hell I was doing in the middle of the train tracks, but there it is. I would hope my death would be as questionable and strange as my reputation.
Would you be mourned all around the world or simply pass away in private?I'm pretty sure privacy is one thing you forgo for rock stardom, as to whether I'd be mourned, IDK, it seems sort of odd and pretentious even thinking about it -- a whole mass of strangers missing me, or my ability to bring them great songs.
What would you most want to be remembered for?By the fans: My music, how it helped them or touched their life in some way. Wishing that they could've gotten to know me a little bit better, or at least gotten another album or single out of me before I passed...and realizing that no number would ever be enough. By anyone else: My contributions to the industry, whether they appreciate them or not, acknowledgment is nice but not required if you're not really a fan. And a tendency for being "fashionably late" in the early days, (I have the poorest sense of time management) but always ready to give it 100% and eventually getting over it. Probably thought as a bit pushy and arrogant too. To that I just *shrug* In essence, my personality.
What song would you like to be played at your funeral? Would you like it to be a serious occasion or a celebration of life?Celebration, definitely. Song, uhhhh, IDK...'Ding Dong the Witch is Dead'...that would probably only be funny to me. My first thought always goes back to Queen because that's what I always think of when I think 'public gatherings.' Uuuuuhhh, maybe Goodnight, Demon Slayer by Voltaire. Again, not sure why, it just occurred to me (also because it'd be pretty cool to have Voltaire sing at...well anyone's funeral). Although the bizarre and sudden nature of my death would probably force people to try to be more solemn, but not if they really wanted to honor my memory. But really it all depends on what they'd decide. Funerals are for the people mourning, not those who have died.
