Although I personally don't fit for a couple other reasons as well, I'm curious why perfect pitch is such an important qualification for you. Strong relative pitch is usually sufficient, if not better in some ways, as long as you bring a tuning fork for starting pitches at times.

I wouldn't be surprised if they assumed that their definition of having absolute pitch also means having strong relative pitch.
