In the last 8 months I have had the mis-fortune to be seen on one too many car lots (new and used) since a lot of my friends (and myself) have bought cars. To be honest, I was a little startled with customer service in general in the US. Somehow it seemed like they were just not bothered about the customer's needs. It's such a strange contrast to what you get here in the UK. Having worked in retail as a part-timer, I was appalled with their lack of concern.
