Haha I saw the commercial tonight...I think I'd be scared to use it! I don't really get it. How does it work? Do you put it up there yourself, or does your doctor have to do it? And can't it fall out if you're having sex or something?

I guess I don't understand exactly how it works, lol.

Basically its a plastic circle which you stick up your vagina for three weeks. You take it out the fourth week and you get your period. Its really easy to maintain which is what I like. I was terrified and I mean TERRIFIED to get on BC but my cramps were becoming more and more unbearable. I bit the bullet and chose the ring and its been a god send.

You put it in yourself, dear haha

And it can fall out during sex (happened to me once) but you can take it out for three hours to get your thang on.
