hi, i hopped over from runners and saw this post. it happens to me too. the feeling like u can't complete a certain distance eventho u've done it just a week ago. it's prob due to ur body not having enough time to recover and prepare itself for the next long-er distance u want it to go. give urself maybe a day more of rest before doing the 6miler again.
