While I'm investigating, tell her to close Explorer, go to her start menu and do a Search for all files called "cookies" Once she pulls up a text file with them all in there, she should delete all references to Livedaily or citysearch. If she opens up her explorer window again and tries to log on, that may work "

*sigh* :( didn't work. i thought maybe it would. no such luck. it keeps saying "Wrong Password. Please press the back button, enter the correct password and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive." =/.

at first it was Glamorous Intrigue (w/ a space),but i had Lacey change it to just Intrigue. first time it logged me out after the s/n being changed is when the problems started.
