I'm trying to make sense of this.  So a woman being in close proximity to men is more liable to be raped and that should be expected?  I think it's men who are the problem.  Women serving in the military should be respected and the men should be expected to honor than and keep their dicks in their pants!!!

I'm so tired of the burden is on women. "Don't get raped" is what we hear our whole lives. And while, yes, it's important to be able to avoid hazardous situations, we need to be telling people "DON'T RAPE."
