This sounded like it would be an interesting panel, but I didn't actually attend because I don't consider the fandoms I'm in (due South and Canadian Six Degrees) to be "dead" since fanworks are currently being created for them and since I have dSC6D fen with whom to share squee both online and IRL. For the panel, what was the definition of "dead"?

Hazelwho were at the con but not at the panel. This list is undoubtedly incomplete, as some huge proportion of Muskrats have been in dS at some point, and who can say what "active" means? :)

There are a number of other folks currently active on AO3, as well. (To say nothing of the folks doing fannish stuff on Tumblr.)

For those seeking recs of classic dS fic....boy, the internet is a big place, it makes my head explode. But ds-ficfinders is a fun place to check out people past and present helping each other hunt down that one fic you read, you know, the one with the penguin?
