last night was bizarre...but wright hall is fantastic. it's quite daunting. i'm not allowing myself to go to the bar (after tonight with my sister and cousins) until karaoke night, and i will have 1 DRINK. haha oh well, it was my fucking birthday. :)
so sad i'm missing the drag ball tonight, but extremely excited about the BEN FOLDS concert tomorrow night! i keep forgetting about it! it seems surreal...
anyway, had a nice visit with my dad yesterday. chatted it up and had yummy El Vaquero fajitas. i could have done without the breaking down and crying in the middle of dinner, but oh well.
i should be off to my grandma's for some beer and delicious irish food right now, but i'm frickin lazy and tired. i shall leave soon.
it was pathetic though. i was so tired driving home that i had to actually stop and take a 10 minute nap somewhere. i wanted to sleep longer, but i needed to get a move on. then i had an energy drink, and that helped a bit.
i'm sooo stressed about school right now. i can't believe there is only a month left in the term, and i feel like i'm failing at everything (no matter how hard i try). oh yeah, and having to skip class to write papers this morning probably didn't help at all. gah. i just feel so out of control. i want to do well but i just can't seem to motivate myself. hell, at this point i just don't want to fail, and i hate that. i wish i could want to strive to do more. lalala ok, i should go.
p.s. i love Walk the Line and can't wait to get back to watch the rest of it (even though i've seen it 3 times already...i left it at KI though because kira and sachies were watching it. i'm nice like that. :p)
p.p.s. sachies, i owe you $2.69. that was some delicious juice. ok, now i'm just rambling...off to get ready and go. go gadget energy! (hmm...didn't work...damn) ok, well basically i'm just loopy right now and don't really feel like doing anything.
at least i have this whole frustration with school to keep my mind off the whole unrequited like frustration...yeah, having that in the back of my mind was getting pretty old. i'm done with that.
i need to find a part-time job for the summer...and a house...and i am FREAKING OUT that next year is my last year of college.
oh, and my sister's leaving for Africa at the end of June...for 2 whole years. i'm really going to miss her. :(
