Well, that was a pleasant weekend with some (a small some) homework achieved, and more to come now.

juzbunny came round for dinner last night, partook of a few cheese scones with various antipasti; some chicken and rice casserole; and some apricot ricotta cakes (recipe to come). Very pleasant, as was the wine he brought, and the Settlers I won. :D ( Read more... )

Oooohhh, very pretty things... Blah, I want purple items...

I shall have to try the ricotta cakes. I've seen recipes like that before but they often involve a lot of messy frying. But these ones are baked... hurrah!

My guild on Kargath is still waaay too young to do MC runs. The GM only just hit 60, with the next 2 being a mage 57 and a shaman 59. We've got a Rogue 59 chinese farmer who is there as our mascot (The GM decided that he deserved to live with a name like "Noddy". He even speaks to us occasionally in chinese, tho no one can understand him). Other than that, most of the guild is currently in between 20 - 40. We do a fair bit of WSG, though. Of interesting note, we have a couple who recently joined us from the alliance side. The husband has three characters he's developing almost evenly, the wife is a face melter. Apparently the wife's parents play, as well as her eldest daughter, 2 of her cousins, and her uncle. Her mum is even in our guild :P

Faydra FTW! (And if you *haven't* seen that post, check the official forums under the Cenarion Circle realm forum, and read the first page of the post with 1,250,000 or so page views.)
