I am lactose intolerant, but hate Soy mlk - it breaks down in coffee, especially given how small an amount I like to have in coffee.
Also, it tastes like crap.
If your reason is one of lactose intolerance, can I suggest Lactose Free milk instead? It tastes like normal milk (although maybe slightly sweeter) and doesn't have other Soy drawbacks..
Because my doctor has some crazy theory that I'll be able to fix my arthritis and go drug-free if I can manage to go vegan for 6 months. So I figured I'd experiment with non-animal alternatives to try to work out what I can tolerate before actually trying this, if he provides enough good reasons for it in the next appointment in December sometime...
