I'm no songwriter or poet, but I'd think that most poems probably turn into songs...

I thought that was beautiful, it echos a sentiment of some sort to me, which means it inspires with would also make it a poem, I'd assume. :)

They can. Not all poems can be sung though, I think. To me, they're similar forms of expression, but not exactly the same thing.

Thank you, you're too kind. It's half poem, half chorus, I just added the chorus on cause it seemed to sort of fit together in an abstract sort of way.
