You can try http://www.tinypic.com , just don't have any sensitive information on the paperwork, obviously :) You don't have to create an account and it gives you a short, generic URL to use.

I like picasaweb it syncs with picasa for uploading, customized copyright, easy browsing, download and privacy functions, you keep control of filesize. Basically everything flickr lacks, picasaweb has.
