#3, my favorite line is “Do you know how much I love you?," it got the most visceral reaction out of me. It's just so candid, and coming from Eugene, that's really something. He just goes out and says it. Their relationship is healthy! It's beautiful.

Still love the blue period line.

#4 I don't buy that she'd just be like "satisfied with cuddles!" after their groping, but it's cuter this way, and my doubt is countered by joy that this kinda feels like a Prequel to Recalibration because of the pirate comments. So cute! He loves her.

Horrible!Eugene was a fun interlude, but the return of genuine concern/love!Eugene is an awesome relief and a load of fun. I can't wait to read more. As always, thanks for the work and for sharing.

This is so adorable. I too have missed the loving Eugene after "Trust Me". You write him so authentically, and the, "“I love you so much it hurts. Oh, God, Rapunzel, I love you so much that I’m actually in pain.”" line is heartbreaking in a good way. Wonderful, you've spoiled me for almost all other Tangled stuff :P
