Sorry that the setup costs ate so much of your profit. That's one of the reasons I stopped doing the Cloisters Renfaire - too much effort for little return. Hopefully things will pick up.

This was my first outdoor show so I had to buy a tent/canopy/thingie (the word escapes me at the moment- obviously). I'm really, really hoping that set up won't cost as much again- ever. *crosses fingers*

yes, we had to buy a canopy, too, for all the rainy days. Plus sunburn.
