green hair
Erm. The boys are going to school with green hair that glows in a black light. Last time I used this exact same dye it came out almost completely within 24 hours. Not this time, when they need to attend class in a school that clearly states dying hair unnatural colors is against dress code. Oops.

Trooper and Captain Awesome have both been invited to the same birthday/slumber party. Am I awake? Somebody pinch me. We're packing the overnight bags as I type. -

The boys are feeling much better as evidenced by their shinanigans while they were stuck at home with me instead of in school where they belong. Also, their hair is now green. sick and tired
Last night was long. Went to bed about 12:45. Trooper was up by 1:20. No sleep for me since that was the first of several asthma episodes last night. I know I sounded fatalistic this morning but, hey! I can honestly say that I didn't have a firm enough grasp on this quarter's material to do well on the mid-terms. Now that they are done, I can relax. I don't even really care how bad I did. On the essay portions, I finally gave up and just started writing notes. hope returns
Hope is a quiet creature. He doesn't precisely sneak back in because how can something that is so looked for sneak? Yet, for all my waiting and praying, for all my searching and midnight vigils at the front door, I woke up this morning and found Hope standing there in companionable silence- as if he'd never left.
