93 icons, theme: butterflies as requested by my newest LJ friend... the lovely devon99.

I made the icons but all the credit goes to Getty Images for providing such absolutely stunning stock photography. If you take, please credit me and/or Getty Images. Also, feel free to use these as bases.

the cappucino was is 'teh awesome'

the colors on many of them reminding me of my one butterfly... nice job...I think I need to make a request for some icons....hmmmm?

hehe. I don't drink coffee or caffeine but I've always liked the cappuccino icon with the butterfly and I think I've made one or two with hearts or something.

I'm glad you liked these. The colors really made this one fun. :)

I think I need to make a request for some icons...

YES... please. After posting icons for people's birthday today, I don't have any new icons to make. I'm going back and redoing old ones. LOL.

hmm icon ideas...

have you tried making animated icons? I think you could be up the challenge...

so stock icon ideas...

dogs
chocolate/candy ( I see you did some of them... just went and viewed pass topics)
hair
makeup
smiley faces/emoticons
weather
oh and the 5 elements.. yes I said 5 earth, wind, fire (and no no not the Earth Wind and Fire hit September..although that would be a good idea.. icons for each 'month') water and HEART. yes this is Captain Planet!

hehe... great list. I have done weather ( here) but could always do a few more. :)

I was actually waiting for you to say makeup. hehehe.

As for the animated icons go, I haven't tried to make animated icons with Photoshop Elements but from what I've read it's a MUCH better program to do animations than Paint Shop Pro. As soon as I buy the package (my trial is up in 8 days), I'll spend more time trying to play with animated icons.

Thanks so much for the suggestions AND the Billy to look at... Mmmmmm.

Sweetie!! These are all beautiful. Thank you, I'm going to snag loads!! The blue ones especially, catch my eye.

Hee, in London we went to London Zoo, and went into the butterfly house where they all fly about freely as you walk through - so pretty and delicate, although my other half did this funny freaking out jump thing when a really big one flew right near his face, lol.

YAY! I'm so glad you liked these since they were your idea! :)

I told you that my last attempt at butterflies was weak sauce and since I have a better program now for resizing, I went a little nuts. haha. I love to make icons, especially when the subject matter is so beautiful and bright. These were a great idea and so thank YOU for asking for them. *smishes*
