Good luck with your photography! You should check out some of the modeling sites. You can find a lot of models on there that are just starting out and I'm sure would love to do some TFP. Try retrokitten.com and onemodelplace.com and musecube.com

Thanks Eva!! Always appreciate your comments! Found one graduating HS senior who will be willing to model for me as well as another local college student, both TFP. As soon as the weather gets just a bit warmer.....I'll be snapping away. Learning the camera, doing the editing, etc!!

My two pennies: learn Adobe. I understand why people don't like their product at first, because it's not always intuitive, but if your dream is to become a professional photographer and you achieve it, you will get to a point when you will want Adobe. They are an industry standard for a reason and have obsessed over their product and grown accordingly.

If you want to do weddings or standard portraiture Corel will be fine. I'm sure many fine photographers do OK with other products but Adobe has shown they are willing to go the distance. Best of luck to you!
