I have the horrible suspicion that I should be reducing my coffee drinking. I've been having wild heart palpitations lately; they feel like extra or missed beats that make my cheast pound. you can get an automatic blood pressure cuff for about $100 i think. if you like, you could borrow mine for awhile. it'll also tell you your pulse. chart your BP and pulse daily for awhile, and let's see what you get. present this info to your doctor as well.

if yours is telling you over 100 that's your bottom number right so if it is concerning you maybe you should get it checked because from 70 to 100 that seems a bit of a jummp
just thought i would add that don't get yourself upset by what i'm saying my grandmother is quite old but very very healthy normally she was told to cut her coffee
