How do you cook a ham. I did it before, like, a year ago. I don't remember what I did. I followed some sort of recipe that I can no longer find. There were pineapples. It's a quarter ham. I can't find info on how to cook a quarter ham. Full and halves, yes, but no quarters. Help me?

I need tonsil advice asap... Avery has had enlarged tonsils most of her life, and in the last 4 months, they've gotten really big. She suffers from sleep apnea and I've taken her to the doctor.
