Author's notes: Written, again, for THE SCREW YOU, CANON! MERLIN ART/FICATHON this was my first run at Gwaine/Morgana. More Crack than anything.

He woke slowly, blinking up at her and she slapped him again for good measure.
"...Owww."
Morgana stood up, gun still in her hand as she went back to the briefcase, the money. It was what she'd come for after all.
"You drugged me," Gwaine slurred.
Morgana almost smiled at him. "All's fair," she quoted.
He tried to sit up and found she'd bound his arms and legs with rope. "Hey."
Closing the briefcase with a click, she looked at the door. "I have to run, people to bribe, wars to start; I'm late for a meeting. You understand."
Gwaine laughed. "You know, there was once a time when a beautiful woman would tie me up, and strip me down for her own selfish reasons and we both benefited."
"If you're trying to stall me it's not going to work." Morgana walked over to him, bent down and rolled up the leg of her pants. Against her pale, smooth skin was a knife sheathed in dark leather, she pulled it free and set it on the ground a foot from him on the floor. "There's your fighting chance. We both know you've escaped from worse." She started to leave.
It was going to be months before he saw her again. She's just going to disappear. "Morgana!"
Standing in the doorway, she looked back, her waves of dark hair sliding over one shoulder. "What?"
"Which is it," Gwaine asked. "Love or war?"
"Why can't it be both?" Morgana asked, and disappeared into the shadows.

Some minutes later the door was kicked open, and Gwen and Merlin ran in, upon seeing him they both lowered their weapons and sighed.
"It's not as bad as it looks," Gwaine assured them. "Can a man not be tied up in his underwear and everything be right with the world?"
Gwen took a seat on a box. "Maybe in your little world."
"We'll just have to ask Arthur when he gets here," Merlin suggested, raising his eyebrows, and then his camera phone. "Now Gwaine, smile - you're about to go viral."
