Oh, well... Mr. Raikov did take over for the second class. I'm not entirely sure why. Mr. Hyde mostly just told us to pick a recipe in the book and cook it. He wasn't as strict as He didn't yell at us to He wasn't as helpful with advice as Mr. Raikov, I suppose.
