Can't get much creepier than a castle though. Might just put up a sign that says haunted and I'd already be done.

Batman is a superhero who dresses like a bat and saves a city called Gotham because apparently subtlety is lost on comic book characters. He's the best hero because only Batman has a great ass and covers it appropriately. Underwear on the outside does not and will never make someone a hero :|
