We'd like to know before we pay to have an inspection if there are any deal-breaking problems with the house that the current owners know about, and they're legally required to tell us. people suck sometimes! Thankfully it was very obvious that this was NOT the right house. The inspector could have been corupt too and lied... then when you went to plu in your beard trimmer... wooo, that would be fun!!!
