heh - clearly things are a lot rosier in Dayton than Galveston county... Commerce has just come to a screeching halt and despite many many requests by the Galveston mayor, the idiots who stayed on the island to start with seem to be perfectly happy to stay there in their flooded, molding houses, with no power, no gas, and no water.
