oh you will be fine! as soon as your new meds kick in things will go back to normal. i feel like you really do need to make some lifestyle changes though. and for what its worth i still read this and i post too, but most of my posts are filtered so people i know don't read about all my self destructive behavior. if you want to feel less pathetic about yourself i can add you to my filter and you can read about how pathetic i am. it might make you feel better. anyway i know you called earlier so i'm going to go let ian know now. feel better!
