So for the last couple of days i have been looking for a therapist. My Psychiatrist has been wanting me to get one for like 3 years now. Although i was never reluctant to go to therapy I have had some bad luck. I stopped seeing my old therapist right before high school ended and then the next 3 years it went fairly poorly as far as finding a new
