Mardi Gras has inspired me I am looking for cajun reciepe's so far I have Jambalya (thanks internet) Boudin Sausage, Andouille Sausage and pepper Jelly. These are going in my recipe box. I need to buy a meat grinder.

In other news the refinancing is going through tomorrow YAY and then I can buy another car.
