So a 'god' like you describe, theoretically, wouldn't 'take.' He would not speak to anything real in our unconscious, as there's no pre-made 'slot' for him in our psyches, like there is for the syzygy, the divine marriage, the divine mother and father archetypes, the anima, etc... which are what are usually named-and renamed as 'gods' in the mythology of every culture through history.
This guy would probably be a dead idol, a nothing, since he symbolically represents nothing to man.
